John Stivers,
CBI, M&AMI, BVS, BCI, Broker, President of PBBI - Mr. Stivers founded PBBI
in 1991. Since the company’s inception, Mr. Stivers has had many awards
bestowed upon him. He has received The Million Dollar Plus Award
provided by the Business Brokers of Florida in 2003 through 2006. He will
also receive the same award in 2007. Mr. Stivers was also given The
Million Dollar Club Award provided through the Florida Business Brokers
Association in 1995 through 1998 and then again in 2000. In 1998, Mr.
Stivers was awarded The Diamond Achievement Award for Sales of $10
Million or more. Mr. Stivers is one of two Merger & Acquisition Master
Intermediaries in all of Brevard County. He is also a current member of the
Florida Society of Accountants and a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Mr. Stivers
graduated with honors from Northwestern Military & Naval Academy and served
in the United State Air National Guard.
Geory
Stivers,
CBI, V.P. of PBBI - Mr. Stivers assisted in the
founding of PBBI in 1991. After establishing the company, he left to serve
as the VP of ATT&T / Newcourt / CIT Bank, VP of the Statewide Certified
Development Company, the VP for Banco Popular in Orlando and was President
of Themis Consulting, a firm dedicated to commercial and SBA finance
consulting, giving him a vast knowledge of SBA funding and commercial
finance. Mr. Stivers was awarded The Million Dollar Plus Award in
2006 and will receive the same award in 2007 from the Business Brokers of
Florida. Mr. Stivers is a graduate of Riverside Military Academy, Brevard
Community College and fulfilled his undergraduate degree from U.C.F. In
2005, Mr. Stivers returned to PBBI to serve as Vice President.
Ron Skitowski,
Business Intermediary - Mr. Skitowski has earned
a B.A. in Business Management from the University of Toledo. He has owned
and operated his own business, has 20 yrs of sales and General Management
experience and has had over 150 employees work under his supervision. Mr.
Skitowski brings to PBBI his education in financial services and wealth
management and is licensed as a LEAP "Lifetime Economic Acceleration
Process" Agent (specializing in wealth accumulation and asset protection).
He also holds an active Florida Real Estate License, as well as a Florida
Life, Health and Variable Annuity License. Mr. Skitowski is currently
working on obtaining his Certified Business Intermediary License. Mr.
Skitowski will be receiving The Million Dollar Plus
Award for 2007.
Byron Mangis, Business Intermediary - Mr. Mangis is an accomplished executive manager with a strong portfolio of successes orchestrating restructures and exit strategy implementation. Additionally, he has over 30 years of experience in business development, sales, and negotiations. Mr. Mangis earned a Bachelors Degree from California State University at Fullerton and received his Juris Doctor in Law from Western States University College of Law.
Daniel Carelli, Business Intermediary - Mr. Carelli is an accomplished Market Manager with a strong portfolio of successes orchestrating sales both on a small and regional scale. He has over 25 years of experience in sales, and business management. Mr. Carelli also owns a small business with his wife, giving him first hand insight into what business ownership is really like. Mr. Carelli holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and English from California State University of San Francisco.
Michael Silverstein, Business Intermediary - Mr. Silverstein joined PBBI in 2004. Prior to his position with PBBI, Silverstein served as VP of Sales & Development, as well as a Sales Director. Concurrently, while working for PBBI, Silverstein held employment as the Vice President of Sales for a company named Design Concept. There he has worked extensively with business consulting, business development, drivers, plans, and implementation. He is certified in Lean Strategies, data mining, knowledge management and selling strategies. His 35 plus years of experience in this field makes him a vital constituent of PBBI, in that he is able to consult business owners on aspects of positioning their company for sale. Mr. Silverstein has a degree from Northeastern and Kennedy Western University for Business Administration, as well as holds an active Real Estate License.
Hallie
Leverich,
Marketing & Advertising Manager - Ms. Leverich is a graduate of the
University of North Florida and has obtained a B.S. Degree in Communications
with an emphasis in Advertising. Ms. Leverich has been with PBBI for almost
three years, during that time she has overseen the marketing of the PBBI
corporate image, as well as the affiliate offices’ images and each agent’s
individual business listings. She also is responsible for organizing the
bi-yearly business & finance seminars.
Denise Gadd,
Office Administrator - Denise joined PBBI nine years ago after serving as an
Office Administrator/Manager for 13 years in Baltimore, MD. Ms. Gadd keeps
the company running smoothly with her professional approach to supporting
all of PBBI’s agents. She is detail-oriented and takes on numerous complex
responsibilities on a daily basis for all PBBI offices.
Tom
Juliano,
Business Intermediary - Mr. Juliano joined PBBI in late 2005. Since he has
been with PBB of Vero Beach he has been awarded the Business Brokers of
Florida’s Million Dollar Plus Award in 2006 and will be awarded
the same award in 2007. Mr. Juliano brings to PBBI 30 plus years in Marketing,
Sales, and Mergers & Acquisitions with Fortune 500 Companies including:
Venture capital startup operations and investments, International Management
& Operations, Acquisitions and Mergers of businesses between $1 Million
and $250 Million. Mr. Juliano also has experience in business brokerage
with an emphasis on businesses ranging from $500k to $10 Million. He also serves
on the Operating Board for several global organizations. Mr. Juliano obtained
his B.S. Degree in Science Marketing from Bradley University and later
served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy.
Robert
Santiago,
P.A., Broker - Mr. Santiago is our newest addition to PBBI. Robert Santiago
runs our Orlando office. He is currently accredited as a Mortgage Broker,
Real Estate Broker and a Business Broker. In the past, Mr. Santiago has
worked as an investment banker and was principal of a broker dealer for many
years. Mr. Santiago has a Bachelor of Finance from Florida Atlantic
University. Mr. Santiago is also bilingual and has cultivated strong roots
in the in the Central Florida business arena.
